  • Shake well before each use
  • Take 1 oz in 16 oz spring water, 20–30 minutes before each meal
  • Upset stomach / acid reflux: reduce to 1 teaspoon in 4 oz spring water

Once daily before 10 AM only. For 176 lbs: 16 oz warm each morning.

How to Prepare
  1. Boil approximately 51 oz of distilled water
  2. Add 30 leaves once boiling
  3. Continue boiling for 2 minutes
  4. Turn off heat — steep at least 2 hours (water turns orange/brown)
  5. Strain into a container. Save the leaves.
  6. Next batch: add 30 fresh leaves to the saved used leaves and reboil
  7. Drink hot to warm
  8. Add a pinch of black pepper before drinking
  9. No sweetener of any kind
3Lymphatic Flush
  • Boil 1 gallon of distilled water
  • Once boiling, add 10 scoops
  • Boil for 5 minutes
  • Cool, strain, and refrigerate
  • Drink 8–12 oz hot, 1–2 times daily — preferably on an empty stomach
4Detox Non-Diarrhea
  • ½ dropper in 2 oz water — 2 to 3 times daily (morning, midday, evening)
  • Eliminates worms, parasites, excess bacteria, and fungal overgrowth
